On a railway station person who are sitting inside the train for them train is at rest but for the person standing on the railway station for them train is moving with respect to each other . I HOPE THIS WILL HELP YOU!!!!!!

for example if one person is sitting in a car or train and he take another train as reference than he can observe his motion .
for example if his train is at rest while the other is moving then he can observe that his train is at rest with respect to the other one
