Hey friend here is ur solution.

_________________________

Total distance=( 18+22+14)m = 54m

Total time= (3+3+3)=9second

hence average speed=total distance/total time

= 54/9

= 6 m/s

An object moves 18 m in the first 3 s, 22 m in the next 3 s and 14 m in the last 3 s. What is its average speed? (Ans: 6 m/s)

solution : An object moves 18m in the first 3s, 22m in the next 3s and 14m in the last 3s.

total distance travelled = 18m + 22m + 14m

= 54 m

total time taken = 3s + 3s + 3s = 9s

average speed = total distance travelled/total time taken

= 54m/9s

= 6 m/s

hence, average speed of the object is 6m/s.
