An object moves along a straight line with an acceleration of 2 m/s2. If its initial speed is 10 m/s, what will be its speed 2 s later?

use formula
v=u+at
where v is final velocity
u is initial velocity
a is acceleration
t is time
now v=10+2.2=14m/s^2
now speed is magnitude of velocity
so final speed=14m/sec^2
