centripetal acceleration = w²r

Here w = angular velocity

Centripetal acceleration = w²r

20 = w²0.5

20/0.5 = w²

40 =w²

w = 2√10

Frequency f = w/2π

f = 2√10/2×3.14

f= 2√10/6.28

f = 6.32/6.28

f ≈ 1 Hertz
