Answer:

Distance = Speed×Time

Speed = Distance/Time

Time = Distance/Speed

Now solution:-

  1. Speed = 398/8 = 49.75
  2. Speed = 240/6 = 40
  3. Distance = 4×45 = 180
  4. Time = 860/20 = 43
  5. Speed = 298/12 = 24.83
  6. Distance= 8×55 = 440
  7. Time = 200/10 = 20
  8. Speed = 340/7 = 48.57
  9. Distance = 6×23 = 138
  10. Speed = 450/9 = 50

Hope it helps

\huge\bold\red{FORMULA}

speed =  \frac{distance}{time}

SOLUTION :-

  1. s  =  \frac{d}{t}  \\ s = \frac{398}{8}  \\ s = 49.75
  2. s =  \frac{d}{t}  \\ s =  \frac{240}{6}  \\ s = 40
  3. s =  \frac{d}{t}  \\ 45 =  \frac{d}{4}  \\ d = 45 \times 4 \\ d = 180
  4. s =  \frac{d}{t}  \\ 20 =  \frac{860}{t}  \\ t =  \frac{860}{20}  \\ t = 43
  5. s =  \frac{d}{t}  \\ s = \frac{298}{12}  \\ s = 24.83
  6. s =  \frac{d}{t}  \\ 55 =  \frac{d}{8}  \\ d = 55 \times 8 \\ d = 440
  7. s =  \frac{d}{t}  \\ 10 =  \frac{200}{t}  \\ t =  \frac{200}{10}  \\ t  = 20
  8. s =  \frac{d}{t}  \\ s  =  \frac{340}{7}  \\ s = 48.57
  9. s =  \frac{d}{t}  \\ 23 =  \frac{d}{6} \\ d = 6 \times 23 \\ d = 138 \\
  10. s =  \frac{d}{t}  \\ s =  \frac{450}{9}  \\ s = 50
