An object of 50 kg gets the speed of 10 m/s in 5 second from zero velocity. Calculate the required force applied by engine of the car

F = ma
F = m(v-u/t)
= 50(10-0/5)
= 50(10/5)
= 50*2 = 100 N

Mass of Object = 50 Kg

Initial velocity (u) = 0 m/s
final velocity (v) = 10m/s
time = 5s
we know acceleration is given by : v-u/t
plugin the values of u,v and t in formula
we get acceleration (a) = 2m/s²
Now we know that car engine must produce a force equal and opposite to force exerted by the moving object ...
this From equation F = ma

force = 50×2 => 100N
