Here's ur Solution-

Stored Energy means Potential Energy.

Given,
m = 10 kg
h = 6m
g = 10m/s²

We know that,
potential \: energy \:  =  \: m \times g \times h \\ potential \: energy \:  =  \: 10 \times 10 \times 6 \\   potential \: energy \:  = 600 \: joule

Hence, energy stored in the object is 600 J
