=> mass of object = 100 kg

=> initial velocity = 4 m/s

=> final velocity = 8 m/s

=> time taken = 2 s

=> momentum ( p ) = mass ( m ) × velocity ( v_{av} )

=> initial momentum = mass × initial velocity

=> initial momentum = 100 × 4 = 400 kg m/s

=> final momentum = mass × final velocity

=> final momentum = 100 × 8 = 800 kg m/s

Therefore, your answer is OPTION no. 1
