m=200kg

u=10m/s

v=20m/s

a=v-u/t

a=20-10/2=10/2=5m/s^2

initial momentum=mu=200×10=2000kgm/s

final momentum=mv=200×20=4000kgm/s

force exerted=F=ma=200×5=1000N..
