W= ½m(v²-u²)

W= ½* 200* [(0)²-(200)²]

W= ½* 200* 40000

W= 4*10^6 Joule

u=200

m=200

formula= 1/2×m×(v^2-u^2)

1/2×200×(0^2-200^2)

=100×-40000

=-4×10^6
