Actually neither of the options are correct,

Your weight on moon becomes 1/6th of your weight on earth, i.e

x = 1/6th y (where x is your weight on moon and y is your weight on earth)

Therefore

66 = 1/6th y

66 * 6 = y

396 N is the weight on earth.

Also note that in your question the weight is mentioned in kg which is wrong as kg is a unit for mass and not weight, note the difference that mass is the quantity of an object while weight is the product of mass and gravitational acceleration, that means weight is a force, so its unit will be Newton (N).
