Hlo friend..

No. Of oscillation - 3600

Time taken - 1 minutes = 60 sec.

Frequency = No. Of oscillation / Time taken

= 3600/60
= 60

Hi
If a body is oscillating in a given amount of time.The frequency of oscillation can be found by formula:
Frequency (f) = Number of oscillation/ Time taken
Here the number of oscillation is given as 3600 time
Time is 1 minutes, converting it into second we get = 1* 60= 60
By putting all values in frequency formula we get:
f = 3600 / 60 = 60
 So the body oscillates 60 times per second
