Acceleration is defined as the rate of change of velocity.

Object P is moving with a constant velocity of 5 mins so there is no change in velocity and acceleration is the rate of change in velocity which is 0.

Object Q  there is change in  velocity  so there should be acceleration .If velocity is increasing or retardation  this means velocity is decreasing .

Hence Q has more acceleration.
