ANSWER

if you are taking about average velocity

it is

total displacement /total time

total displacement = 28+28 = 56 m

velocity = 56 / 12 =14 /3 m per sec

Radius = 28m

Perimeter of circle = 2πr = 2×22/7×28

= 2×22×4 = 176m

Displacement of body = 2r = 2×28 = 56m

Time taken = 12s

Therefore,

velocity = Displacement/Time = 56/12 = 14/3 m/s
