Since we know that,

h=ut+gt2/2h=ut+gt2/2

As the primary velocity u=0u=0

g=2h/t2g=2h/t2

Now the value for h is 5 m and for time t is 5 s

So, g=2∗5/52g=2∗5/52

That means g=0.4ms−2
