O( height of obj) = -2

u(distance of obj) = -16

I ( height of image)=-3

magnification = I/O = v/u

thus m = -3/-2=1.5

v/u = v/-16= 1.5

thus, v = -24cm

position of image is 24 cm in front of the mirror

1/f=1/v-1/u

1/f= 1/(-24) -1/(-16)= 1/-48

thus, f( focal length ) = -48 or 48 cm in front of the mirror

hope this is helpful, please thank and follow
