Hey there!

Given,
Total distance = (20+15)m = 35 m
Total time = (5+2)s = 7 s

We know,
Avg. Speed = Total distance / Total time
                    = 35/7
                    = 5 m/s    ←(Ans)

HELLO DEAR,

GIVEN THAT:-

20m in 5second ,
15m in 2second

Now,

Total distance = (20m + 15m) = 35 m

AND,

Total time = (5s + 2s) = 7 s

We know that:-

Average Speed = Total distance / Total time

Hence,

Average speed = 35/7
= 5 m/s

I HOPE ITS HELP YOU DEAR,
THANKS
