total distance = 16 m + 16 m = 32 m
total time = 4s + 2s = 6s

average speed = total distance / total time
= 32/6
= 5.33 m/s
I hope it was helpful.

Hello friend

your answer

The average speed is equal to the sum of total distance divided by total time taken

total distance => 16+16= 32
total time taken => 6 sec

Av => 32/6 m/s

= > 5.3 m/s

Hope it help you dear
