an object weighs 20g in air and 18g.when it is immersed in water . calculate the relative denisty.

Relative density = weight in air / (weight in air - weight in water)
⇒ RD = 20/(20-18)
⇒ RD = 20/2
⇒ RD = 10

relative density= weight in air/ (weight in air-weight in water)
=20/(20-18)
=20/2=10
relative density=10
