An object weights 25n in air. When fully immersed in water ,it displaces 1liter of water . Calculate the weight of the object when fully immersed in water

Answer:

Weight of object in Vacuum = 25

Volume of water displaces when object is immersed into it = 1 liter

Weight of Object in water = weight of Object in Vacuum-Buoyant force

Buoyant force = Weight of fluid displaced by Object

For that Mass of Object in fluid = Density of water * Volume

                                                        977 * 1 =977 Kg

Weight of fluid =Mass * 9.8 = 977*9.8 =9574.6 Kg = Buoyant force

Weight of an object in water = 25-93.898=68.898

To convert Kg to Newton = Multiply Kg*9.807
