until it is stopped by an external force.

manishmalhotra: ok if it'll stopped by an external force....but what abt the resultant force it will become zero, increases continuously,it is at right angle,or it will decrease plz help me out sir
naman112: which resultant force ?
naman112: When the resultant force on an object is zero, theacceleration is zero in accordance with Newton's second law a = F/m. (D) When the resultant force is at right angles to the direction of motion, the body is still accelerating
manishmalhotra: ok thank u for helping me sir...
naman112: no problem
