let the height of the man be CD

and the height of the tower be AE

DRAW A LINE STRAIGHT FROM THE MAN'S HEIGHT TO THE TOWER AND MARK AS B

now angle ACB=45

tan 45=AB/CB

=>1=AB/18.5 (CB=DE=18.5)

NOW....18.5=AB

HEIGHT OF THE TOWER IS EQUAL to 18.5+1.5=20m

height of the tower =20m
