Dear Student,

Answer: 1508 Rs

Solution:
Total surface area of cylindrical drum =
2\pi \: r \: h + 2\pi {r}^{2}  \\
Since it is not mentioned that drum is open from top.

So,I am taking drum is close from top,for filling oil there have oil hole.

Given Diameter= 2 m

Radius (r) = 1 m

height (h)= 7 m

TSA =
2 \times 3.14 \times 1 \times 7 + 2 \times  3.14 \times ( {1)}^{2}  \\  = 2 \times 3.14(7 + 1) \\  = 2 \times 3.14 \times 8 \\  = 16 \times 3.14 \\  = 50.27 \:  {m}^{2}

To paint one drum painter charge 3 Rs per meter square.

cost to paint one drum = 3 x 50.27

= 150.79 Rs

Total cost to paint 10 drums = 10(150.79) Rs

=1507.9 Rs

Total cost to paint all drum is approx = 1508 Rs

Hope it helps you.

HELLO DEAR,

Total surface area of cylindrical drum = 2πrh + 2πr²

GIVEN :-

Diameter= 2 m

Radius (r) = 2/2m = 1m

height (h)= 7 m

TSA = 2πrh + 2πr²

= 2πr(r + h)

= 2*22/7 * 1 (1 + 7)

= 44/7 * 8

= 352/7

= 50.285m²

To paint one drum painter charge 3 Rs per meter square.

cost to paint one drum = 3 * 50.28

= ₹150.855

Total cost to paint 10 drums = ₹10(150.855)

= ₹1508.55

Total cost to paint all drum is approx = ₹1508 .5

I HOPE ITS HELP YOU DEAR,

THANKS
