thickness of an open box= 3 cm =0.03 m
external length= 1.48 m
internal length= 1048-2*0.03= 1.42 m
external breath= 1.16 m
internal breath= 1.16-2*0.03= 1.1 m
external height= 8.3 dm = 0.83 m
internal height= 0.83 m-0.03 m=0.8 m
so,inner surface area=lb+2lh+2bh
=1.42 m*1.1 m+2*1.42 m*0.8 m+2* 1.1 m* 0.8 m
=5.594m^2.

now,cost of painting 1m^2=rs 50
=50* 5.594
=Rs 279.70
