height = 8cm

radius of cone =7/4

height of cone = 8cm

Volume of vessel = πr^2h

= 22/7 * (3.5)^2*8

= 308cm^3

Volume of Cone1 = 1/3 πr^2h

= 1/3 * 22/7* (7/4)^2*8

= 25.67cm^3

water required to fill the vessel = 308 - 25.67 = 282.33cm^3

Volume of cone2=1 / 3*22/7 * 2^2*13/4

= 13.62cm^3

Water required = 308 -13.62 = 294.38cm^3
