l= 12m - 1.5m = 10.5m
b= 9m - 1.5m = 7.5m
h= 4m - 1.5m = 2.5m
CSA = 2 ( l+b) ×h + lb
= 2 × (10.5 + 7.5) ×2.5 + (10.5×2.5)
= 2 ×8 ×2.5 +26.25
= 66.25m2
rate = 66.25 ×25
=rs1,656.25
