An organic compound 'A' of molecular formula C2H6 on oxidation gives an acid 'B' wih the same number of carbon atoms as in 'A'. Compound A is used by doctors for sterilisation of wounds. Name the compunds A and B. Write the equation involved in the formation of B from A.
