a) The organic compound is CH3COOH or ethanoic acid or acetic acid.

b)As we have used sodium carbonate or hydrogencarbonate so the gas must be carbon di oxide

c)Pass the gas to limewater if it turns milky the gas is CO2 hence the test is limewater test

d). 2CH3COOH +Na2CO3. ------2CH3COONa+H2O+CO2

OR

CH3COOH +NaHCO3 ------------- CH3COONa+H2O+CO2

e) Acetic acid is used in diluted form as vinegar
It is used as a solvent , cleaning agent and also in medical uses

hope its helpful
