volume = 616 litres = 616000 cm^3
diameter = 5.6 m
radius= 5.6/2 = 2.8m = 280 cm
height = h cm

volume= πr^2h

616000 = 22/7 × 280 × 280 × h

h = 616000×7/22×280×280 = 2.5 cm

Height of the tank is 2.5cm

Let height of the tank be x
Given,
Diameter of tank=5.6m =>radius =5.6÷2
Capacity or volume of the tank =616 litres
=>22/7×5.6/2×5.6/2×h =616 litres
=> 5.5×0.8×5.6×h=616 litres
=>24.64×h=616 litres
=>h=616/24.64=25m
