hey here is your answer.

given ,

20% of oxygen in oxide

so , in 100 grams.

if 20 grams of oxygen in metal oxide, the weight of metal will be :

= > 100 - 20

= > 80 grams of metal .

then ,

mass of metal / mass of oxygen = equivalent weight of metal / equivalent weight of oxygen

= > 80 grams / 20 grams = X / 8

= > 80 × 8 / 20 = 8

:• X = 32 grams

so , the total weight of metal oxide = weight of metal + weight of oxygen = 52 grams
