The columns of history crowd.
With soldiers, noblemen and thralls.
But the name of one shines above.
And looks down on the rows below.
His name was Gandhi
Of the Indies.
He fought no war and he killed no one.
Yet he was an action plan for men along.
He lived his youth in slavery.
He touched the untouchables with no fear.
To him; Penny-Dreadfuls were no different.
And Rich men were no higher.
