an uncharged conductor

mrrajput: When the uncharged conductor A is brought near a charged insulated conductor B, the charge of B remains the same as they are insulated and the potential of B decreases as it induces charge in conductor A.

an uncharged conductor can be charged by flowing electric current through it otherwise if we will try to charge it by rubbing or any other method it will not get charged and it could be also charged by an uncharged conduct maybe

debopriya: Thanks
