An unknown element X react in air to form it's oxide Y. This oxide when dissolved in water forms a solution which turns blue litmus to red. Identify X and Y

x will be MN and y will be mno2 because it forms basic oxide and it turns blue litmus to red . I hope that it will help you plz mark as brainlist
