According to COPRA (1986) ,it has given a three tier quasi judicial government. 1.District Court = it looks for cases blow 20 lakhs . 2.State Court = it looks for cases between 20 lakhs to 1crore. 3. National Court = it looks for causes above 1 crore through this judical system . Consumer are able to fight the unethical practice followed in the market .it helps the consumer to seek redressal if the person is not satisfied with the decision, he/she can go the state and then national court .it gives the consumers right to represent
