Drives are the component in computer to store and fetch data for future processing.
Drives are segregated in order to treat the portion of that drives as separate entities. Also we can say the segregated are like they have separate tree like structure with their own hierarchy.
We can have two drives are there in a computer system, one drive named as ‘Drive A‘ which is used to save data and another drive ‘Drive B’ to store software. The drivers name we can set as our own wish.
