The provisions were decided for their upliftment.
- Few communities face challenges in every nation preventing them from fully participating in political, economic, and social life. They are marginalised by legal institutions, land, and labour markets.
- They also face discriminatory attitudes and beliefs and thus lose their nobility, security, and the chance to live a good life as a result of social isolation.
- In our country, there are specific laws and regulations for the marginalised. Other methods, like forming a committee or conducting a survey, can lead to the development of effective policies.
- The government then makes an effort to support such measures in order to give specific groups opportunity. These are -
- Article 29: Protection of interests of minorities
- Article 30: Right of minorities to establish and administer
- Beyond this, for their upliftment social inclusion can also be practised so that these groups get a proper say.
