By taking a cloth bag anand is saving the environment.Because if he takes a plastic bag instead then after the use of 2-3 times he needs to throw it, as the plastic bag will not decompose in the soil it will pollute the land whereas,if it is taken to dumping yard and is burnt then it will pollute the air. so using the plastic bag will anyway pollute the environment.So it is best for anand to use the cloth as it won't pollute the environment.
