hollo means call. the mariners call to bird to give it food. sailor miss the albatross

a. the poet calls the south wind to be good because it helped them to move out from the land of ice in which they were stuck for so long.

c. the mariners called the bird as they probably enjoyed its companionship and they also offered it food.
d.after the ancient mariner killed the albatross, the sailors missed it.
