(a) No party wins the votes of all the voters of a caste or community. Caste vote bank usually means that a large numbers of voters (not all of them) from that caste voted for a party.

(b) No Parliamentary Constituency can have a clear majority of one single caste. Every candidate and party needs to win the the votes of more than one caste to win elections.
