AD=AE+EF+FD

24=AE+10+FD

24-10=AE+FD

14=AE+FD

FD= 7

SO by Pythagoras theorem BE^2+AE^2=AB^2

X^2 +7^2=25^2

x^2 +49=625

x^2= 625-49=576

x = 24
