\pi {r}^{2}  = 154

 \frac{22}{7}  \times  {r}^{2}  = 154

r = 7

 \frac{a}{ \sin(60) }  = 2r

a = 2 \times 7 \times  \frac{ \sqrt{3} }{2}

a = 7 \sqrt{3}

perimeter = 3a = 3 \times 7 \sqrt{3}

 = 21 \sqrt{3}  = 21 \times 1.73
