Ans:An election follows a set legal process which is outlined very briefly for candidates and the public below. If a vacancy occurs during the term of office for Local Government then a by-election will generally be held within 3 months. Other major election dates may already be scheduled.

Q. no. 2)Why do you need elections in democracy?

Ans:In democracy we need elections because every person has a wright to choose his own candidate, who halped his/him, the village and also the country. Every person has a diffrent thinking that how that candidate can help the country, village etc. Hence the reason.

Q. no. 3) What makes elections demokretik?

Ans: In a democracy every single person has a right to vote for a candidate. On the other side in the monarchy people has to exept the king and queen;and also their next generations as their ruler. But in democracy this does not happens, every person has the wright to vote.

Q. no. 4) According to your experince what is the nature of political compitition?

Ans:.It is based on the federal structure of government although the word is not used in the constitution itself. India follows the dual polity system, i.e. a double government (federal in nature).
