 \frac{ sin  \:  a }{sec \: (90 - a)}  +  \frac{sin \: (90 - a)}{sec \: a}  \\  =  \frac{sin \: a}{cosec \: a}  +  \frac{cos \: a}{sec \: a}  \\  =  \frac{sin \: a}{ \frac{1}{sin \: a} }  +  \frac{cos \: a}{ \frac{1}{cos \: a} }  \\  = sin \: a  \times  \frac{sin \: a}{1}  + cos \: a  \times  \frac{cos \: a}{1}   \\ =  {sin}^{2} a +  {cos}^{2} a  = 1
Hence, the value of the trigonometric expression is 1.
