Prevention is better than cure
It was quite late when I left home. I was getting late for my college but due to some strike issue failed to avail any auto or bus. I avoid travelling by train but ultimately ended up boarding a local train to reach the venue.
I had absolutely no idea of local trains and hence hurriedly got a ticket for myself and boarded the train. As soon as I got onto the train and reserved a seat for myself, a lady got near with her kid. She wanted her kid to have the window. In this hussle, my hand got badly hurt in the broken panes of the window and it started bleeding profusely.
I approached the security immediately but couldn't find any first aid on the train. This continued until a lady came forward to help me. It was such a horrible experience for me and that too without any help from the Railway authorities and thus I learned to be alert and cautious especially while travelling by bus or train.
