robert frost says that due to some reason he was feeling sullen and gloomy and was spending his day in regret due to some incident unless and untill he experienced a shower of particles of snow when a crow had allighted on the tree with snow atop.. he took it as a blessing of god saying that nature is bestowed on you resulting in making him happy
