% decrease = $\dfrac{Final value - initial value}{initial value}$ × 100

                    = $\dfrac{90-76.5}{90}$ × 100

Or,                = $\dfrac{13.5}{90}$ × 100

Or,               = 0.15 × 100

So,  decrease = 15 %
