Step-by-step explanation:

a+b=140 (sum of two interior angle of triangle is equal to exterior angle )

a+a=140(since a=b)

2a=140

a=70

Answer:

We know that If a side of a triangle is produced then the exterior angle so formed is the sum of the two interior opposite angles

that is

*(Refer to the above picture for understanding figure)

where

angle A & angle B are the interior opposite angles

if so

then

angle ACD=angle A+angle B

given they are equal

then,let them be x

140=2x

x=140/2

x=70°

therefore

angle A=x=70°

angle B=x=70°
