Anhydrous hcl is poor conductor while aqueeous hcl is excellent conductor

Since anhydrous HCL contains less amount of hydrogen ions and thus being less reactive,poor conductor , whereas aqueous HCL is in a pure form thus contains maximum amount of hydrogen(H+ ions) . ... Because HCl(aq) is in a completely ionized form.
