Given - Displacement Time graph of journey between Anil's home and park.

Find - a) At what time did Anil leave home?

b) What is the distance from Anil's home to park?

c) How many minutes did Anil wait in the park?

Solution - a) As visible from graph Anil started his journey and hence left home at 09:05 AM.

b) Distance between Anil's home and park is 7 kilometres.

c) The stationary phase of graph shows waiting time of Anil at park. The time is between -

09:45 A.M and 09:35 A.M.

Thus, time waited - 09:45 - 09:35

Time waited - 00:10.

Hence, time duration will be - 10 minutes.
