\textbf{Given:}

\textsf{Anil deposited Rs 73,000 in a bank}

\textsf{The denomination of Rs.10, Rs. 50 and Rs.100 are in the ratio 3:4:5}

\textbf{To find:}

\textsf{The number of notes of each denomination}

\textbf{Solution:}

\textsf{Let x,y and z be the number of notes in each denomination Rs.10, Rs.50 and Rs.100}

\textsf{As per given data,}

\mathsf{x:y:z=3:4:5}

\mathsf{Then,}

\mathsf{x=3k,\;y=4k,\;z=5k}

\mathsf{But}

\mathsf{10x+50y+100z=73000}

\mathsf{10(3k)+50(4k)+100(5k)=73000}

\mathsf{30k+200k+500k=73000}

\mathsf{730k=73000}

\mathsf{k=\dfrac{73000}{730}}

\implies\boxed{\mathsf{k=100}}

\mathsf{x=3(100)=300}

\mathsf{y=4(100)=400}

\mathsf{z=5(100)=500}

\textbf{Answer:}

\textsf{Number of notes in Rs.10 is 300}

\textsf{Number of notes in Rs.50 is 400}

\textsf{Number of notes in Rs.100 is 500}
